Refund policy
In Store Policy: Jilly's Boutique will accept gifts, and home goods back in their original condition, clothes unworn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt within seven days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Earrings, food, bath and body products, seasonal and all discounted items are al FINAL SALE. Christmas Gifts, accompanied with a gift receipt may be exchanged for equal value by January 10th. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Jilly's Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.
Online Policy: Customers who shop though our online store engage in an internet shopping experience where they are neither able to feel or try on the items until after their purchases have been made. Therefore, in the event that online customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase we are happy to accept their returns for the credit of their choice- full refund, store credit, or exchange. Jilly's Boutique will only accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached, and a sales receipt. Jilly's Boutique accepts returns only that have been approved by a member of our staff. Earrings, bath and body, seasonal and all discounted items are FINAL SALE. Shipping, both original and return are non-refundable.

We must receive your item within seven days of return approval. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post with tracking. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled, Jilly's Boutique cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation. Jilly's Boutique will not accept any packages that are sent COD.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will receive an email notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package. All refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.
